If you want a confirmation of your order arriving to us, put an email address on the order form. Please do not email us asking status, if you did not include an email address on the order form.

We will try to respond to emails within 72 hours.
With the amount of emails we get daily, being clear and brief is very helpful.

Hours of operation
Monday to Friday: from when the mail arrives until we are done all the orders.
Closed Saturday, Sunday and the holidays that the post office is closed.
