By purchasing, you are indicating that you have reached the age of majority where you live, and are aware of your local laws. We try and encourage as many people to support their local medical and legalization initiatives. The majority of Canadians favour legalization. The waste of police resources on non violent crimes, namely drug offences, will no longer be tolerated by Canadian taxpayers.

Germinating seeds is illegal in many countries. If you are ordering from these countries, be reminded that orders can be confiscated in the mail. This is the chance that YOU the CUSTOMER takes when making an order. We can not be held responsible, for confiscation, damage or loss. In the event of confiscation, damage or loss, we want to be notified, though your complaint is with the post office or your customs. Be sure to keep an eye on our Returned Letters page, in the event that your order is returned to us. It can take up to 6 weeks to be returned. In the event of poor germination (medical exempted only), we want to be notified, though your complaint is with the breeder or original seed maker. With your help, we will drop any poor performers.

Make sure your payment is in full, including all shipping, and taxes (if applicable). Proper postage, and address on the letter you send us.
Make sure your payment can be cashed in Canada.

Make sure to list alternate (second) choice(s), in case the item(s) you have selected is out of stock by the time your letter reaches us.

Only for card holding Canadian medical marijuana patients only, all others should consult there local laws. We do not advise germinating these seeds if you are not medically approved. They are intended as souvenirs.
